Yoga can Minimize Bad Cholesterol Levels

Basically there are two types of cholesterol causing proteins. One is HDL (high density lipo protein) which is termed as good cholesterol and LDL (Low density lipo protein) which is also called as bad cholesterol and harms the body. To maintain a healthy body free from problems it is essential to lower the LDL as well as to increase the HDL with the help of certain foods.
