  • Up! Lite: A sinister looking diesel hybrid car from Volkswagen that gets 70 mpg combined. It presages a three-door hatchback version of the upcoming Up! subcompact which is set to release in 2012. It weighs 1,500 pounds. Now you know why it’s called Lite.
  • Chevrolet Cruze: Not to introduce it specially – the legendary Sedan from General Motors. It features a downsized turbocharged engine and six-speed transmissihttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifons, advances that earn the Cruze 40 mpg on the EPA’s highway fuel economy cycle.
  • A3 TDI: This car was awarded Green car of the year. Not to mention that this is from Audi – this works on clean-diesel giving 42 miles per gallon on the highway.
