So every team member in every workplace talk about building the team, working as a team, and my team, but few understand how to create the experience of team work or how to develop an effective team. The term 'team building' can refer generally to the selection and motivation of result oriented teams, or more specifically to group self-assessment in the theory and practice of organizational development.
