Why Small Businesses Need E-Marketing?

Online advertising is becoming popular and in the next coming years it would become a billion-dollar industry. According to the estimation of PriceWaterhouseCoopers $16.9 billion were spent on alone online advertising. This global phenomenon has leveled and changed the playing field for small and large businesses alike.

With a quick and catchy YouTube video, anyone can reach international audiences and millions of potential customers. This has changed the way businesses are conducting marketing campaigns, product development, pricing strategies, advertising promotions, distribution channels and specialized customer targeting. The only method for businesses to differentiate themselves from the competition is to adopt e-marketing or internet marketing and utilize its techniques.

In today's fast paced economy, for every business to thrive, internet marketing is essential  especially when it has to compete with more than 500 million websites. On the web, businesses can keep track of their current or future customers with the help of tweets and videos. Based on the statistics, companies can give an interactive experience to the customers by quickly customizing and altering online advertisements according to market demands.

Banner advertising is a common form of eMarketing today. To attract potential customers from large crowds, banner ads are usually found in frequently visited websites as small pictures or messages. They will employ tricks such as flashing animations, video clips, spectacular offers to lure a browsers into their site. Even though it is popular, the click-through rates on these advertisements are extremely low.

E-mail campaigning is another popular tactic for businesses. It allows them to communicate with their customers through e-newsletters and/or deliver promotions to potential clients. However e-marketing has changed the way of doing business to reach the potential customers and the only way to reach target audience is introducing and using the "right kind of advertising".

Steps To Avoid The Supply Chain Risk

Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) is a process which identifies the potential disturbances in the manufacturing process and this leads to the commercial financial exposure. SCRM reduces the supply chain risk by a coordinated holistic approach.

The supply chain risks are of two types, one is external risks and the other is internal risks.
  • External risks arises due to the effect of external factors like market conditions and these are not controlled by the business. It includes demand risks, supply risks, environmental risks, business risks related to the factors such as suppliers, financial or managerial stability and physical risks.
  • Internal risks are with in the control of the business and this includes manufacturing risks, business risks caused by the change of key personnel, planning and control risks, mitigation and contingency risks.

Understanding and managing of the supply chain risks involves 5 steps:

Supplier base:
This is an important task, and in this step essential things for the company are found out in terms of raw material, strategic materials and understanding the strategic suppliers organization.

Vulnerability:
In this step company identifies the causes for the above said risks and their effects and the ability of the company to cope up with them.

Implications:
Various techniques like Monte Carlo simulation are implied to check the potentiality of the risks.

Mitigation:
This is the step where the company needs to set goals and targets and know how to achieve them. It is similar to the business continuity planning and evaluating how soon the company can get back to business as usual.

Measures and actions:
Clarification of roles and responsibilities, between the partners of the supply chain and risk management process to be effective it must be fully integrated in to the business process.

All the above five steps when thoroughly implemented can definitely avoid the supply chain risk.

Role Of Key Performance Indicators In SCM

Key performance Indicators (KPI's) are used to measure the performance of the organization or to evaluate the success of a particular activity in the organization. Success is measured in terms of achievement of the operational goals and some times strategic goals. KPI's are developed from the assistance of the benchmarking success and these are used to measure the performance of the supply chain and achieve the objectives of the organization. The process connects the strategy to Critical Success Factors (CSF's) for the business and then to the development of a set of KPI's.

Benchmarking success results in various Supply Chain and Logistics KPI's for supply chain like procurement and supplier management KPIs, inventory management and forecasting KPI's, warehouse KPIs, transport KPIs, customer service KPIs, production KPI's, etc., With the use of this KPI's a balanced score card is developed which measures the performance of the supply chain and the balanced score card uses these KPI's as metrics to measure the performance in terms of defects per million opportunities, inventory months of supply, claims percentage for freight costs, on time pickups, transit time and customer order promised cycle time.

The higher level managers with the help of Key performance indicators (KPIs) periodically monitor and measure the success rate of different activities carried out by organization, business units, and their division, departments and employees continuously and if there are any deviations from the actual results, they can immediately correct the process and this helps in achievement of over all objectives of the organization.

Logistic Vs Supply Chain Mgmt

Supply chain management normally involves purchasing the raw materials from the vendors, then manufacturing the products into finished goods, then passing them to wholesaler, retailer and finally to the consumer. The activities and the elements involved in the supply chain are customer, planning for the production, purchasing the raw materials, inventory management, final production, transportation of the products to warehouse and finally delivery of the products to the customers. The supply chain starts and ends with the customer. The complexity of the supply chain depends on the size of the business and numbers of items that are manufactured.

Logistics for a business includes physical distribution, material handling, packaging, warehousing, freight transportation, sales order processing, inventory planning and production planning. Logistics is a channel of the supply chain which adds the value of time and place utility. The logistic management is also known as materials management or channel management. Aim of the logistics is to maximize profits, minimize costs and improve customer service for one activity in the supply chain.

Supply chain management is the process that covers the whole business activities from the purchase of the raw materials from the suppliers or vendors to the delivery of the final products to the customers. The logistics are the part or parts in the supply chain and focus on material handling, stocks, and movements in one part of the supply chain. The logistics can be equal with the supply chain management when one calls it as the total logistics management or integrated logistics management.

Effects Of Operational Decisions On Supply Chain

The companies make operational decisions daily to ensure the efficient flow of the materials in the supply chain. Operational supply chain decisions are made hundreds of times each day in a company. Here are the various operational decisions taken by the companies and effects of those decisions on the supply chain:
  • A crucial activity for planners is to decide when to place an order, for this there are a number of reorder methodologies which can be adopted. Most companies use computer systems for materials requirement planning (MRP).
  • Most of the companies are trying to lower the operational costs and this can be done by the drop shipments which is a process where companies can reduce the need to keep inventory in their warehouse, lower their overall shipping costs and improve customer service.
  • Cycle counting is a sampling technique used to count inventory where count of a certain number of items infers the count for the whole warehouse, and it is used to count a number of items in a number of areas within the warehouse and reduces the efforts without having to count the entire inventory.
  • The other method used in warehouse is order picking where a small number of goods are taken from a warehousing system, to satisfy a number of independent customer orders. Picking processes have become an important part of the supply chain process.
  • MES (manufacturing execution systems) is used to increase productivity, control costs and manage the day to day operations of the shop floor. Operations managers can sometimes be reactive and not proactive to the issue that arise with maintenance on the shop floor.
  • Small manufacturers who cannot afford ERP systems have been turning to low cost systems to help with their fast growing operations.
All the above effects reveal how crucial are operational activities in supply chain management.

How To Improve Quality In The Supply Chain

The present day companies are giving utmost importance to the quality in the business processes because the final output must contain the quality which ultimately increases the customer satisfaction. The quality in the supply chain should be increased by the companies by implementing the following methods in their supply chain process:
  • Supply chain operations within an organization should be constantly reviewed to identify the problematic areas and where improvements can be made. One method to help do this is to perform a series of benchmarking tests on their supply chain processes.
  • Safety measures in the ware houses prevents work related injuries, illnesses, and deaths. In USA Safety in warehouses is regulated by a series of standards from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA).
  • The companies should also be conscious about the resources they are acquiring from the supplies because if the quality of the supplied material is not up to the mark it will show effect on the final product.
  • There are also some software available in the market to monitor and control the quality of the supply chain. Most of the companies think that this software is expensive but it shows positive effect in the profits if the company.
  • New Communication Standard helps businesses to improve Supply Chain quality, safety and security.
  • Total Quality Management (TQM) is an another method to improve quality and performance. TQM is based on the overall quality measures used by a company including managing quality design and development, quality control and maintenance, quality improvement, and quality assurance.
  • Six Sigma is a business management strategy that was initially developed by Motorola in the 1980’s, and now is used by many Fortune 500 companies. Six Sigma incorporates a number of quality methods and tools that are used to improve the quality in the supply chain.
Manufacturers are spending more and more money on quality control to provide a quality product and to satisfy the customer. Companies are integrating the new quality systems with the other technologies to leverage supply chain efficiencies.

The Effective Process of Team Building

In a team-directed environment, you contribute to the total success of the organization. You work with members of the organization to produce better results. Though you make belong to a function impression and to you specific to a specific department, you are unified with other members of organization to achieve the total objectives. So every team member in every workplace talk about building the team, working as a team, and my team, but few understand how to create the experience of team work or how to develop an effective team. The term 'team building' can refer generally to the selection and motivation of result oriented teams, or more specifically to group self-assessment in the theory and practice of organizational development.

When a team in an organizational development context embarks upon a process of self-assessment in order to gauge its own effectiveness and thereby improve performance, it can be argued that it is engaging in team building, although this may be considered a narrow definition.

The Process
The process of team building includes,
  • Clarifying the goal, and building ownership across the team and
  • Identifying the inhibitors to teamwork and removing or overcoming them, or if they cannot be removed, mitigating their negative effect on the team.
To Assess
To assess itself, a team seeks feedback to find out both:
  • Its current strengths as a team
  • Its current weakness
Improvement
To improve its current performance, a team uses the feedback from the team assessment in order to:
  • Identify any gap between the desired state and the actual state
  • Design a gap-closure strategy

Recently I Met Norwegian Translators

Effective communication is the key to any successful business. If you are doing business out side the country then you certainly need a translator or a translation application. With the help of Translation application, communication may no longer be a barrier to doing business. There are many translators who became experts in the field of translation with in a short span.

When I was on my way from Berger to Stavanger, I met few translators who belonged to Norway. As we were discussion came to an end, I came to know that the best business is done through native language speakers of the country. With the continuous discussion I really got the interest to know about the Norwegian translation, translation or translator application and the work they do.

For any kind of international business, though English is a common language there should be a translation part. And a lot of people nowadays are trying to use translation applications for their businesses. The end result should be exactly the right style to meet the client's business objectives.

The Norwegian translator I met is known for their expertise in translation. The best business translations are done by Translators who live in the country of their language, immersed in the culture and in touch with current trends. This ensures that business translations are tailored to the target audience and use an appropriate and current style.

Video Marketing in Online Advertising Sector

Video marketing is one of the most useful forms of viral and online marketing. The majority of video viewers subject to video marketing almost always elicited a response from the advertisement. Video marketing is at a rise and will soon be in the top positions of online marketing technique. Video marketing online and its phenomenal grass roots growth has entrepreneurs, businesses and web marketers scrambling to catch up in this world. Fortunately players like Google and Yahoo are using advanced tools of their trade to index and catalog video. Using website video is a sure way for companies to advertise whatever product or service they are selling.

The internet has turned into an enormous tool to serve businesses marketing needs. The usage of marketing videos can earn more skyrocket profits for the merchants. Videos have benefits over text and images because in video more than one sense is involved - sight, sound, and emotion. Share your marketing video on search music video and make it easy for anyone else to become your marketing agent and take your best communication effort to as many "voluntary" stages as the web is willing to offer.

The latest in the line of marketing tools are the Videos. Video marketing is rapidly becoming a huge online marketing service. Video marketing definitely has a greater potential than other online marketing service like email marketing or banner ads, where you were only capturing your viewer visually. Now here is an option where your viewer can not only see you and your product but can also hear what you are saying. Experience says that customers always find it better to have an opinion from others on a product before they buy it themselves. You can provide this opportunity to your clients through the video online marketing services.

There are many ways to use video on the Internet to market your practice. The first is adding video clips to your existing website and the second is building a direct marketing video website from scratch.

Work Activities of a Retail Buyer

A retail buyer has a considerable amount of responsibility and autonomy in what is often a pressured environment. Typical work activities can vary according to the season. This is particularly true for those working in fashion. For example: out of season, the majority of the time will be spent in the workplace (in the office and on the shop floor); during the buying season, a significant amount of time will be spent away from the workplace in order to assemble a new collection of merchandise. Throughout the year, tasks typically involve the following:
  • Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends;
  • Regularly reviewing performance indicators with sales;
  • Managing plans for stock levels, reacting to change in demand and logistics;
  • Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract;
  • Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products;
  • Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed;
  • Attending trade fairs, in the country and abroad, to select and assemble a new collection of products;
  • Participating in promotional activities;
  • Writing reports and sales forecasts, and analyzing sales figures;
  • Liaising with shop personnel to ensure product/collection supply meets demand;
  • Seeking merchandise feedback from customers;
  • Training and mentoring junior staff.

Promotion and Relegation

In many sports leagues around the world with North American and Australian professional leagues being the most notable exceptions, promotion and relegation is a process that takes place at the end of each season in which teams are transferred between divisions. The best-ranked teams in each division are promoted to the next-highest division, and at the same time the worst ranked teams in the higher division are relegated or demoted to the lower division. This process may continue down through several levels, with teams being exchanged between levels 1 and 2, levels 2 and 3, levels 3 and 4, and so on.

The number of teams exchanged between each pair of divisions is normally identical, unless the higher division wishes to change the size of its membership or has lost one or more of its clubs and wishes to restore its previous membership size, in which case fewer teams may be relegated from that division, or accepted for promotion from the division below. Such variations will almost inevitably cause a knock-on effect through the lower divisions. For example, in 1995 the English Premier League voted to reduce its numbers by two and achieved the desired change by relegating four teams instead of the usual three, whilst only allowing two promotions from the Football League First Division.

The system is seen as the defining characteristic of the "European" form of professional sports league organization. Promotion and relegation have the effect of maintaining a hierarchy of leagues and divisions, according to the relative strength of their teams. They also maintain the importance of games played by many low-ranked teams near the end of the season, which may be at risk of relegation; in contrast, a low-ranked North American team's final games serve little purpose, and in fact losing may even be beneficial to such teams, yielding a better position in the next year's draft. The downside of relegation, however, is the potential severe economic hardship or even bankruptcy for demoted clubs. Some leagues most notably English football's Premier League offer "parachute payments" to its relegated teams for the following year(s), sums which often are higher than the prize money received by some non-relegated teams, in order to protect them from bankruptcy. There is of course a corresponding bonanza for owners of promoted clubs.

Teams in line for promotion may have to satisfy certain non-playing conditions in order to be accepted by the higher league, such as financial solvency, stadium capacity, and facilities. If these are not satisfied, a lower-ranked team may be promoted in their place, or a team in the league above may be saved from relegation.

Tele Marketing

Telemarketing is a method of direct marketing in which a salesperson uses the telephone to solicit prospective customers to buy products or services, either over the phone or through a subsequent face-to-face or Web conferencing appointment scheduled during the call.

Telemarketing can also include recorded sales pitches programmed to be played over the phone via automatic dialing. To most, telemarketing is a disturbing annoyance. However, while there are many methods in which to block telemarketing calls, most residents with a telephone number receive these calls.

Categories and Sub-Categories
The two major categories of telemarketing are Business-to-business and Business-to-consumer.

Subcategories
  • Lead Generation, the gathering of information
  • Sales, using persuasion to sell a product or service
  • Outbound, proactive marketing in which prospective and preexisting customers are contacted directly
  • Inbound reactive reception of incoming orders and requests for information. Demand is generally created by advertising, publicity, or the efforts of outside salespeople.
Negative Perceptions and Criticisms of Telemarketing
Telemarketing has been negatively associated with various scams and frauds, such as pyramid schemes, and with deceptively overpriced products and services. Fraudulent telemarketing companies are frequently referred to as "telemarketing boiler rooms" or simply "boiler rooms." Telemarketing may also be criticized as an unethical business practice due to the perception of high-pressure sales techniques during unsolicited calls. Telemarketing calls are often considered an annoyance, especially when they occur during the dinner hour, early in the morning, or late in the evening.

How to Implement an ERM program

In business, enterprise risk management (ERM) includes the methods and processes used by organizations to manage risks (or seize opportunities) related to the achievement of their objectives.

Goals of an ERM program
Organizations by nature manage risks and have a variety of existing specialized departments or functions ("risk functions") that identify and manage particular risks. However, each risk function varies in capability and how it coordinates with other risk functions. A central goal and challenge of ERM is improving this capability and coordination, while integrating the output to provide a unified picture of risk for stakeholders and improving the organization's ability to manage the risks effectively.

Typical risk functions
The primary risk functions in large corporations that may participate in an ERM program typically include:

  • Strategic planning - identifies external threats and competitive opportunities, along with strategic initiatives to address them
  • Marketing - understands the target customer to ensure product/service alignment with customer requirements
  • Compliance & Ethics - monitors compliance with code of conduct and directs fraud investigations
  • Accounting / Financial compliance - directs the Sarbanes-Oxley Section 302 and 404 assessment, which identifies financial reporting risks
  • Law Department - manages litigation and analyzes emerging legal trends that may impact the organization
  • Insurance - ensures the proper insurance coverage for the organization
  • Treasury - ensures cash is sufficient to meet business needs, while managing risk related to commodity pricing or foreign exchange
  • Operational Quality Assurance - verifies operational output is within tolerances
  • Operations management - ensures the business runs day-to-day and that related barriers are surfaced for resolution
  • Credit - ensures any credit provided to customers is appropriate to their ability to pay
  • Customer service - ensures customer complaints are handled promptly and root causes are reported to operations for resolution
  • Internal audit - evaluates the effectiveness of each of the above risk functions and recommends improvements

Before Hiring A Waterproofing Contractor

A permeable ceiling or wet basement is the nuisance of any homeowner. It can lead to damage of furniture and cause structural damage too. Wetness will also attract wood rot and termites. Waterproofing methods are used to prevent water entering into various sections of building structures. Check out the common causes for leaking basements. Take a look at various options for basement waterproofing.

Do your homework before hiring a waterproofing contractor. Check out waterproofing contractors from friends and neighbors. Determine the overall quality of the waterproofing contractor’s jobs. Check with the National Association of Waterproofing Contractors if you are considering major waterproofing measures. First get an inspection done by the waterproofing contractor so that he can give you a proposal and estimate. Negotiate for a written contract with the chosen waterproofing contractor with payment terms clearly specified. Do not pay too exorbitant up front deposits. Instead draw up a schedule of payments that closely tracks the work progress. Check the warranty offered by the waterproofing contractor.

Ensure that waterproofing contractors comply with safety programs. Since many waterproofing materials are flammable, keep them away from fire, smoking materials and any sources of ignition. Working with chemicals can cause skin injuries. Protective clothing and gloves as well as protective eyeglasses must be used. Use a respirator if you are working with dangerous solvents with deadly vapors. Exercise caution when working with chemical waterproofing sprays for fear of injecting toxic chemicals directly into your bloodstream.

Tips for Better Lease Negotiations

You will find a right apartment for your requirements after search and research. Then you will have to negotiate with the landlords of the apartment before signing the lease agreement. I want to share some tips for better lease negations between you and your landlord. I have prepared these on my own when I am moving to my San Diego apartment. Read carefully and follow these tips for negotiations with your landlord.

Ask for the copy of lease agreement and read carefully and thoroughly without missing any point. This is crucial because if you happened to miss any of the points it may later reflect on you. If you are new to these kinds of things take some one who has some experience on this regard and let him see the lease agreement on behalf of you. Get to know about your landlords’ basic information and understand his/her position. Begin the negotiation only after reading the whole lease agreement. Negotiate only with landlord or to only someone who has authority to make decisions. Choose only one person to be negotiator, if required. The best negotiation time would probably be at the time of signing the agreement. At this point of time ask all your queries and do not miss any.

I hope these tips would help make your negotiation process easy.

How to Select a Good Web Designer

I am a web designer by profession. I wanted to share some important points one should take care of while choosing a web designer who is suitable to design their web site. There are many things to follow while choosing a right designer, but I want to say about four most important factors based upon which you can choose a right designer.
  • Look for a designer who talks to you in a straight and simple way. If you do not understand what the web designer is actually talking about, then you may end up doing a fuzzy work.
  • Make sure that the web designer has a nice “can do” attitude. Make everything clear about what the end result would be, how much it would cost and what the duration he may take to complete the process.
  • Make sure that you have a good access with the designer.
  • Make sure that you have a clear game plan about the process, what are all the stages and what’s the time he need for each stage and don’t forget to have a good update with them.
The main thing you need to keep in mind is that the designer should have knowledge in marketing. The main purpose of the website is to market some or the other product or service, so make sure that the designer is good with the marketing skills.

Financial Investments

Previously, investing in the hedge funds was only restricted to the individuals who are very rich or to any institution or any pension schemes. Small investors could not have any sort access with the hedge funds or the stock market. This has changed now as the small retail investors can invest with the hedge funds. The hedge funds attract the small retail investors because the hedge funds can make them money even when the markets are low. Small investors should also realize that hedge funds charge a relatively fat 2 percent annual management fee and take a 20 percent haircut on any market-beating performance and far above the annual management charges of about 1 percent for standard mutual funds, and no performance charge at all.

The small investors are having many other options to invest their money in. Mutual funds are the kind of financial instrument that when used properly with good planning can give good profits to the investors. Mutual funds are for the investors who do not have any knowledge about the different portfolios.

Stock markets as we all know are mainly meant for the people who have good knowledge and experience about the markets and who have a good risk taking attitude.

Whatever may be the type of investment we are making, we have to make our decision based upon many factors and for the people who do not have a good financial knowledge can make their decisions by meeting any financial consultants.

The Right Planning For Successful Business

I own an IT firm where about twenty people are working. Presently my business is doing well, but initially it was in losses. About three years back, when I started my business I was totally inexperienced about the industry. I was running in losses. At one stage I was afraid that I may not be able pay the salaries to the five people who were working with me. At that stage a friend of mine has suggested me to meet any business consultant and talk to them about my problem. Initially I thought that it wont be of any use as I had experience in working with IT firms, and was in a belief that my planning was perfect but the industry was not correct in its place. Finally my friend convinced me to meet the consultant. After meeting the consultant and talking to him I realized that the fault was not in the industry but it was my planning that has caused me losses. I did not appointed the right staff for the right jobs and the consultant whom I spoke with have advised me to know the actual strengths of my employees and based upon their strengths assign the job to them I did what he said and in just six months I saw the results. Not my business is expanding and soon I will increase my staff to fifty.

How proper financial planning helped me

Whatever may be the profession and whatever may be the amount we are earning, without proper planning some or the other day we are sure to get caught in financial crisis. We all may have seen many cases where people who earn well but without proper financial planning and without proper savings have landed up facing problems related to finance. I am a lawyer by profession and I do not have a steady income. If I have proper cases I will have the good income but if I don’t have good cases, I struggle a bit. When I have good amounts of money I just used to spend them and at the times of scarcity I borrowed money from the other guys. I visited a financial advisor and told him my problem and then depending upon my situation he had done some financial planning for me.

As per the financial plan given by the financial advisor, I had to save the money instead of spending too much at the times of good number of cases in my hand. He advised me to invest in some investment and suggested some mutual fund schemes to invest in through which I can have some constant income. I even invest in equity markets and even I have a pension plan. Thanks thttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifo the person who has given me the right advice and a good deign of financial planning.

Many of us in spite of having a good income, without having a view about the future, just tend to spend too much. We can spend our income but the money should be disposable income, i.e. the money which is left after all our needs are filled along with the investment we make.

Bankruptcy: Types and Effects

When a person who want to get out of his debts but unable to pay his bills, and if he wants to start again financially, then he can do it through a federal legal process called bankruptcy. Bankruptcy can be said as a proceeding by the federal court which prohibits the creditors from continuing to collect debts from the person who has declared bankruptcy. This is until the debt’s are been sorted out as per the laws.

Types of Bankruptcy
  • Chapter 7: In this type of bankruptcy, the court appoints a trustee who collects the non-exempt assets and then sells those assets and pay the creditors the moneys which is been collected during these sales.
  • Chapter 9: This type of bankruptcy is filed by the municipalities and the railroad companies. This gives them an opportunity in getting out of the debts which involves restructuring of the debt by extending the period of payment.
  • Chapter 11: When the business organizations want to reorganize their finance by removing their financial obligations, then this type of bankruptcy is been used by the organizations.
  • Chapter 12: Based upon the regular income, if the farmers want to adjust their debts, then chapter 12 type of bankruptcy is been used.
  • Chapter 13: Under the supervision of the court, the individuals are been allowed to the debts, it may be fully or partially, then it is called chapter 13 bankruptcy.
  • Chapter20: A second filing is been done in case the debts are not cleared under the chapter 7 bankruptcy. Chapter 13 will be used when the debts are not cleared by chapter7.
Effects of Bankruptcy
The effects of bankruptcy could be positive and even negative

Positive Effects
:
  • If we declare bankruptcy, we need not pay the full debt, in most of the cases most of the debt is not repaid.
  • When a person is in debts, and declares a bankruptcy then he won't be under the risk of having his utilities or automobiles from being repossession.
  • The person who declares bankruptcy will get rid of the phone calls and wage garnishments from the debt collectors.
Negative Effects:
  • When a person declares bankruptcy then he will not be allowed to pay for some things like child support, student loans criminal fines etc.
  • Bankruptcy will not eliminate the mortgage or any other collateral loans of the holder.

Though bankruptcy can be an answer in getting out of the debt, still we should be trying to avoid this condition because the credibility would come under stake when bankruptcy is declared. By having a proper financial planning, we can avoid this situation of bankruptcy. Even after having a good planning and maintenance, if the person comes under debts then certainly filing for bankruptcy is a nice option so that he can restart again financially.
